  • How can I book the room via Stayfine?

    • First you have to search the location with dates. Stayfine will list the available stays adjacent to the location you have provided. Then you can select one stay out of that list.You can compare the hotels based on your need and budget. Once you have selected a particular stay you can book that.
  • What are the payment options available in Stayfine?

    • Partial payment and Full payment
  • What is partial payment?

    • Partial payment is the advance payment. You have to pay this on time of booking.
  • If I am doing a partial payment, where I have to pay the remaining amount?

    • You can Pay that amount at hotel while check-in
  • On paying the amount via site is my booking confirmed

    • NO. Once you paid the amount, we will start the booking process. You will get an email indicating that too. Once the booking process is over you will get a confirmation mail about booking
  • When I will get booking confirmation from Stayfine?

    • Within 3 Hours after the booking.
  • What will happen if my booking is not confirmed?

    • Stayfine will try to provide an alternative stay in the near by location with your consent and if you are not willing for that then the money will be refunded at the moment.
  • How can I cancel a room?

    • You can use the 'Booking History' option on the User menu at the right top of the screen
